Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Welcome to OpenCalls365. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and managing your data transparently. This policy outlines how we handle information across our platform in line with UK GDPR guidelines.
1. The Information We Collect
We keep our data collection to an absolute minimum to run a seamless platform:
Your Submissions: When you share an open call with us, we safely collect your name, contact email, organization details, and any promotional images you provide so we can build your listing card.
Basic Website Analytics: We use standard cookies to see how visitors interact with our directory filters and homepage layout. We only track this if you give us the thumbs-up via our cookie banner when you first arrive.
2. Public Visibility & AI Search
Because OpenCalls365 is built to maximize exposure for creative opportunities, any listing information approved by our team will be published openly on the internet. Our site structure is designed to be fully indexed by traditional search engines and modern AI discovery search tools (like ChatGPT and Perplexity) so your open calls reach the widest possible audience. Please do not submit private or confidential notes in the public form fields.
3. International Hosting
To keep our platform fast and secure, our website infrastructure uses trusted cloud servers that may be located outside the UK. We ensure these partners maintain strict security standards that meet or exceed UK data protection requirements.
4. Keeping Things Clean
We only hold onto submitter contact emails for as long as we need them to manage your listing or assist you with support. Contact emails are systematically cleared from our active system 3 years after an opportunity moves to the archive. The public details of the opportunity remain available in our historical database as a permanent resource for the creative community.
5. Your Absolute Rights
Under UK law, you have total control over your data. You can ask us to see what information we have, correct a mistake, or completely delete your data and remove your listings from our platform at any time. If you ever have a concern, you also have the right to contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
6. Get in Touch
If you want to update your listing, delete your information, or just ask a question, email us anytime at: sunnyparsana1448@gmail.com.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Welcome to our community! These guidelines ensure OpenCalls365 remains a reliable, fair, and inspiring hub for everyone. By using our directory or submitting an opportunity, you agree to follow these simple house rules.
1. Sharing Opportunities
Accuracy: If you are submitting an open call, please ensure all your details—deadlines, entry fees, specific locations, and grant values—are accurate and truthful.
Our Curation Role: OpenCalls365 is a curated space. We reserve the right to format text for clarity, categorize listings under our system filters, or decline a submission to protect the quality of the directory.
Images & Copyright: Please only upload promotional images or project photographs that you own or have explicit permission to share.
2. Outbound Links & External Opportunities
Our directory connects you directly to independent, third-party opportunities. When you click an “Apply” button, you are leaving our website. OpenCalls365 does not manage or oversee these external programs, applications, or fee payments. While we work hard to curate great listings, applying to any opportunity is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.
3. Automated Archiving & Data Integrity
To preserve the internet’s creative history, listings whose deadlines have passed are automatically moved from the active homepage grid into our public /archive layout. They remain searchable as a permanent historical resource. Using automated scrapers to copy and extract our compiled directory database for commercial resale or competing platforms is not permitted.
4. Legal Framework
These terms are guided by the laws of England and Wales, ensuring a fair and balanced standard for our platform and global community.
5. Continuous Improvement
We continuously tune our filtering tools, layout features, and system settings behind the scenes to give you the cleanest data-first experience possible.
